1. Full Quality Cleaning

Comprehensive clean of apartment/villa, patios, balconies, windows, outside furniture.


2. Complete Laundry Service

Laundry is professionally undertaken and is charged by the Kg (wash, dry, press).


3. Maid Service

Maid services are provided - this can be tailored to suit your personal requirements.


4. Welcome Packs

This is optional, but we can provide basic food beverages for your guests arrival.

1. Key Handover & Collection

When your guests arrive we will arrange to meet & greet them with the keys and also collect the keys on their departure.


2. Key Holding Service

Whilst your property is unoccupied we will visit and inspect inside & out to ensure that everything is satisfactory. An e-mail or telephone call will be made to you on each inspection.


3. Maintenance

We have contacts with a local electrician, plumber and general handy man, should any of these services be necessary.However, authorization would be required before these services where called upon.


4. Golf (NEW additional service)

If you or your guests are planning a game of Golf on one the Algarve’s many fine Golf Courses, we can arrange t-times, hire of buggies or clubs at discounted prices.
